I would argue that gas taxes in Canada do far more to provide infrastructure there than the investment made in the USA.You could have that cheap gas, but QEW/401/TC etc would be even worse. TTC would be underdeveloped. There'd be no Canada line in Vancouver for 2010...maybe the Evergreen line would not be on hold. The bridges in Montreal would not be replaceable when they collapse.?
